When going to bed at night, water-based whitening medication is put into this plaque and teeth whitening is achieved with the plaque and medication that remain in the mouth throughout the night. This process is applied for 7 – 10 days depending on the amount of whitening of the teeth and achieving the desired result.

Office Bleaching (Applied in Clinic): It is the whitening process applied by the dentist in cases where fast whitening is desired. The gums are isolated and the drug is applied on the teeth and blue light used in radiant fillings is applied on them to increase the effectiveness of the drug. The procedure is terminated when the desired whiteness is obtained after repeated sessions. However, recent researches recommend that home-type teeth whitening method should be continued as a support after office-type teeth whitening.
